My Approach
I believe in meeting my clients where they are with compassion and non-judgment. My goal is to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients can feel empowered to find solutions and new directions in life for themselves.

My therapeutic framework is trauma informed, utilising techniques such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Thearpy (DBT), EMDR and Schema therapy.
I use an interpersonal, and attachment-focused approach to facilitate growth and positive change for my clients.
